Intercepting HTTP Requests Through Puppeteer And Using LLMs For Custom Responses
An interesting concept - Fauxmium is a way to simulate the web using the browser directly and not via another web page. It uses a large language model (LLM) to handle all requests. When a request is made, you send the URL to an LLM, and it generates HTML or images. The LLM returns a summary in HTML format, which is then rendered in the browser.
Utf-8 Is Brilliant Design
UTF-8's variable-width design enables it to represent millions of characters while being backward compatible with ASCII. It uses 1-4 bytes to encode characters, with the first 128 characters being single-byte ASCII.
